Pour 200 ml of hot water into a pan and heat it to 70-80 degrees. If you don&#8217;t have a thermometer, use the steam rising above the surface of the water as a guide. Put 300 g of flour in a bowl and add hot water, a pinch of salt and 3 tbsp of oil. Stir with a spoon at first. Once the mixture has cooled slightly, knead the dough with your hands.
